The average home price in Denver hit $390 in February, up from last year’s $326,958 which equates to a 19% increase year-over-year according to a report from Denver Metro Association of Realtors. The report includes both single-family houses and condominiums. Active listing fell again in February from 6,103 to 4,079 which was a 33% drop which included both single-family houses and condominiums. Separately, single-family houses dropped in February by 31% to 3,338 and condominiums dropped by 41% to 741 in February. Median home price in metro Denver area also jumped to $329,000 from $280,000, a 17% year-over-year increase.
